Responsibilities:
Maintain professional communication with team members and clients.
Uncover the desires, requirements, preferences, and financial scope of our clients.
Delve into research, meticulously organize, and secure all travel arrangements tailored to our clients' needs. This may include Airfare, Transfers, Hotel Accommodations, Resort stays, Vehicle Rentals, Tours, Activities, Tickets (Sports, Concert, Events)
Build Quotes, Design Itineraries, and Create Invoices for clients.
Stay in the loop with the latest developments in the Travel Industry and keep abreast of any changes in Travel Restrictions.
Specifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
Must have a dependable internet connection, smartphone, and computer.
Must have availability to attend live and/or recorded webinars, meetings, and trainings.
Must have a can-do attitude, be a positive presence, and learn while thinking on your feet.
Must be a self-starter who works autonomously, but will ask for help when necessary.
